GrapheneOS: An open-source mobile operating system focused on privacy and security. It hardens the kernel, isolates apps, replaces default services, and ships only on Google Pixel hardware for the strongest hardware-backed security guarantees.
Sandboxed Google Play: A GrapheneOS feature that lets you run Google Play Services as a regular, isolated app with no system privileges. You get Play Store compatibility without giving Google deep access to the device.
Titan M2: The dedicated security chip in Google Pixel phones. It stores cryptographic keys in hardware, enforces verified boot, and protects against tampering even if the main OS is compromised.
Verified boot: A startup chain where each stage cryptographically verifies the next. If anything has been tampered with, the device refuses to boot - or warns the user before running.
