Return & Refund Policy

At ZeroID, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services including eSIM data plans, VPN access, and chat services. Because our products are digital in nature and delivered instantly, the following return and refund policy applies to all purchases made through our platform.

Digital Products – General Policy

  • All purchases on ZeroID are for digital products and services, including eSIM data plans, VPN subscriptions, and chat services.
  • Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been activated or delivered.
  • We do not offer returns in the traditional sense, as digital products cannot be 'returned' after delivery.

Refund Eligibility

  • If a purchased eSIM plan fails to activate due to a technical issue on our end, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement plan.
  • If you were charged but did not receive the product or service, please contact our support team for resolution.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or wallet used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • eSIM plans that have been successfully activated and used, even partially.
  • VPN subscriptions after the service has been accessed or used.
  • Any product or service where delivery and activation have been confirmed.

How to Request a Refund

  • Visit our Support Hub or contact our support team with your order details.
  • Include your order ID, the email or wallet address used for the purchase, and a description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions

  • ZeroID reserves the right to grant refunds on a case-by-case basis, even outside the standard policy, at its sole discretion.
  • In cases where applicable consumer protection laws require a refund, ZeroID will comply with those legal requirements.
